Sunan Abi Dawud 3842
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، وَالْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، - وَاللَّفْظُ لِلْحَسَنِ - قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " إِذَا وَقَعَتِ الْفَأْرَةُ فِي السَّمْنِ فَإِنْ كَانَ جَامِدًا فَأَلْقُوهَا وَمَا حَوْلَهَا وَإِنْ كَانَ مَائِعًا فَلاَ تَقْرَبُوهُ " . قَالَ الْحَسَنُ قَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ وَرُبَّمَا حَدَّثَ بِهِ مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ مَيْمُونَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم .
Ahmad ibn Salih and al-Hasan ibn ʿAli narrated to us—the wording is attributed to al-Hasan. They said: ʿAbd al-Razzaq narrated to us: Maʿmar informed us, from al-Zuhri, from Saʿid ibn al-Musayyab, from Abu Hurayrah, who said that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “If a mouse falls into ghee and it is solid, throw it and what is around it away. If it is liquid, do not go near it.” Al-Hasan said: ʿAbd al-Razzaq said that Maʿmar sometimes narrated it from al-Zuhri, from ʿUbayd Allah ibn ʿAbd Allah, from Ibn ʿAbbas, from Maymunah, from the Prophet ﷺ.
