Sunan Abi Dawud 2857

An Arab, who was called Abu Tha'labah, said: "O Messenger of Allah, I have trained hunting dogs, so give me a ruling regarding their hunting." The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "If you have trained hunting dogs, then eat from what they catch for you." He asked: "Whether they have killed it by ritual slaughter or not?" He replied: "Yes." He asked: "Even if they have eaten from it?" He replied: "And even if they have eaten from it." He said: "O Messenger of Allah, give me a ruling regarding my bow." He replied: "Eat what your bow brings back to you." He asked: "Whether it is slaughtered or not?" He replied: "Yes, whether it is slaughtered or not." He said: "And if it disappears from me?" He replied: "If it disappears from you for as long as it does not reach [stinks/spoil], or you find on it a mark other than your arrow." He said: "Give me a ruling regarding the vessels of the Magians if we are forced to use them." He replied: "Wash them and eat in them."
