حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، حَدَّثَنِي الْمَسْعُودِيُّ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو عَمْرَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ أَتَيْنَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَرْبَعَةَ نَفَرٍ وَمَعَنَا فَرَسٌفَأَعْطَى كُلَّ إِنْسَانٍ مِنَّا سَهْمًا وَأَعْطَى لِلْفَرَسِ سَهْمَيْنِ‏.‏

Narrated AbuUmrah (al-Ansari?)

We came to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, as four individuals, and with us was a horse. He gave each man of us one share and gave the horse two shares.
