Translation
Sulaiman b. Yasar reported this narrative on the authority of Umm Salamah. This version has
Musa bin Isma'il narrated to us: Wahib narrated to us: Ayyub narrated to us, from Sulayman bin Yasar, from Umm Salamah, with this story. He said in it: "You should leave the prayer (during your usual days of menses), and perform Ghusl for anything other than that, bind a cloth tightly (around yourself), and pray."
Abu Dawud said: Hammad bin Zaid named the woman who suffered from istihadah (prolonged flow of blood) in this hadith as Fatimah bint Abi Hubaysh.
