حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، وَمُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏"‏إِذَا بَالَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلاَ يَمَسَّ ذَكَرَهُ بِيَمِينِهِ وَإِذَا أَتَى الْخَلاَءَ فَلاَ يَتَمَسَّحْ بِيَمِينِهِ وَإِذَا شَرِبَ فَلاَ يَشْرَبْ نَفَسًا وَاحِدًا ‏"

Narrated Abu Qatadah

Muslim ibn Ibrahim and Musa ibn Ismail narrated to us: Aban narrated to us: Yahya narrated to us, from Abdullah ibn Abi Qatadah, from his father, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "When any one of you urinates, let him not touch his private part with his right hand, and when he goes to the privy, let him not wipe himself with his right hand, and when he drinks, let him not breathe into the vessel."
