Anas b. Malik reported

Musaddad ibn Musarhad narrated to us: Hammad ibn Zayd and Abd al-Warith narrated to us, from Abd al-Aziz ibn Suhayb, from Anas ibn Malik, who said: When the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, entered the privy – Hammad said in his narration: "O Allah, I seek refuge in You" – and Abd al-Warith said in his narration: "I seek refuge in Allah from the male and female wicked spirits (al-hubuth wal-khaba'ith)." Abu Dawud said: Shu'bah narrated it from Abd al-Aziz, saying: "O Allah, I seek refuge in You," and once said: "I seek refuge in Allah." And Wuheyb said: "Let him seek refuge in Allah."
