حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ زُرَيْعٍ - عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ، - قَالَ أَبُو كَامِلٍ ابْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ - عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم سُئِلَ عَنِ الْمَاءِ يَكُونُ فِي الْفَلاَةِ ‏.‏ فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ

Narrated 'Abd Allaah b. 'Umar

Musa bin Ismail narrated to us: Hammad narrated to us, and through a transmission route, Abu Kamil narrated to us: Yazid—meaning Ibn Zurai‘—narrated to us, from Muhammad bin Ishaq, from Muhammad bin Ja‘far—Abu Kamil Ibn al-Zubayr said—from Ubaydullah bin Abdullah bin Umar, from his father, that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) was asked about water in the wasteland. He then mentioned its meaning.
