حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، وَيَزِيدُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَجْلاَنَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَقِيلٍ، عَنِ الرُّبَيِّعِ بِنْتِ مُعَوِّذِ ابْنِ عَفْرَاءَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلمتَوَضَّأَ عِنْدَهَا فَمَسَحَ الرَّأْسَ كُلَّهُ مِنْ قَرْنِ الشَّعْرِ كُلَّ نَاحِيَةٍ لِمُنْصَبِّ الشَّعْرِ لاَ يُحَرِّكُ الشَّعْرَ عَنْ هَيْئَتِهِ ‏.‏

Al-Rubayyi’ daughter of Mu’awwidh b. ‘Afra’ reported

Qutaybah bin Sa'id and Yazid bin Khalid al-Hamdani narrated to us: They said: Al-Laith narrated to us, from Ibn Ajlan, from Abdullah bin Muhammad bin Aqil, from Ar-Rubayyi' bint Mu'awidh bin Afra': That the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) performed ablution in her presence and wiped his entire head, from the crown of the hair to every direction toward the hairline, without disturbing the hair from its natural position.
