حَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ بَكَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مَرْوَانُ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ - حَدَّثَنَا الْهَيْثَمُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الْعَلاَءُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ حَرَامِ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ، عَنْ عَمِّهِ، أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم مَايَحِلُّ لِي مِنَ امْرَأَتِي وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ قَالَ " لَكَ مَا فَوْقَ الإِزَارِ " . وَذَكَرَ مُؤَاكَلَةَ الْحَائِضِ أَيْضًا وَسَاقَ الْحَدِيثَ
Translation
Narrated Abdullah ibn Sa'd al-Ansari
Harun ibn Muhammad ibn Bakkar narrated to us, Marwan - meaning ibn Muhammad - narrated to us, Al-Haytham ibn Humayd narrated to us, Al-Ala ibn al-Harith narrated to us, from Haram ibn Hakim, from his paternal uncle, that he asked the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him: What is lawful for me from my wife while she is menstruating? He said: "You have what is above the lower garment." And he also mentioned eating with a menstruating woman, and he drove the hadith (transmitted the full report).
