What Has Been Related About The Bai'ah (Pledge of Allegiance) Sunan Abi Dawud 2941

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ، رضى الله عنها أَخْبَرَتْهُ عَنْ بَيْعَةِ، رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم النِّسَاءَ قَالَتْ مَا مَسَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَدَ امْرَأَةٍ قَطُّ إِلاَّ أَنْ يَأْخُذَ عَلَيْهَا فَإِذَا أَخَذَ عَلَيْهَا فَأَعْطَتْهُ قَالَ "اذْهَبِي فَقَدْ بَايَعْتُكِ "
Translation
Narrated 'Aishah
The hand of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) never touched the hand of a woman during the pledge of allegiance, except that he would take the pledge from her, and when she agreed to it, he would say: Go, for I have accepted your pledge.
