حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ، عَنْ سُهَيْلٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ: مَرَّ رَجُلٌ مُسْلِمٌ بِشَوْكٍ فِي الطَّرِيقِ، فَقَالَ: لَأُمِيطَنَّ هَذَا الشَّوْكَ، لاَ يَضُرُّ رَجُلاً مُسْلِمًا، فَغُفِرَ لَهُ.

Musa narrated to us, saying: Wuhayb narrated to us, from Suhayl, from his father, from Abu Hurayra, may Allah be pleased with him, from the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, who said: ‘A Muslim man passed by thorns in the road and said, “I will certainly remove these thorns so that they do not harm a Muslim man.” So he was forgiven.’
