حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ خُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بُسْرٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم مَرَّ عَلَى أَبِيهِ، فَأَلْقَى لَهُ قَطِيفَةً فَجَلَسَ عَلَيْهَا.

Muslim ibn Ibrahim related to us: Shu‘bah related to us, from Yazid ibn Khumayr, from ‘Abd Allah ibn Busr: The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, passed by his father, who spread out a felt rug for him, and he sat on it.
