Book 50, Hadith 5
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ: كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم لاَ يَنَامُ حَتَّى يَقْرَأَ: تَبَارَكَ وَ {الم تَنْزِيلُ} السَّجْدَةِ.

Abu Nu‘aym related to us: Sufyan related to us, from Layth, from Abu al-Zubayr, from Jabir, who said: The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, would not sleep until he recited: ‘Blessed is He’ and ‘Alif Lam Mim. The sending down, the Prostration.’
