Arabic hadith text
حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، حَدَّثَنَا الزُّهْرِيُّ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، وَزَيْدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ، قَالاَ كُنَّا عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ " لأَقْضِيَنَّ بَيْنَكُمَا بِكِتَابِ اللَّهِ ".
Translation
Musaddad nous a rapporté, d’après Sufyān, d’après al-Zuhrī, d’après ʿUbayd, d’après Abū Hurayra et Zayd ibn Khālid, qui dirent : Nous étions auprès du Prophète ﷺ lorsqu’il dit : « Je jugerai entre vous deux selon le Livre de Dieu. »
