‘'Umra Al-Qada’
Arabic hadith text
حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَتَزَوَّجَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم مَيْمُونَةَ وَهْوَ مُحْرِمٌ، وَبَنَى بِهَا وَهْوَ حَلاَلٌ وَمَاتَتْ بِسَرِفَ.
Translation
Narrated Ibn `Abbas
The Prophet (ﷺ) married Maimuna while he was in the state of lhram but he consummated that marriage after finishing that state. Maimuna died at Saraf (i.e. a place near Mecca).
