Translation
Musa ibn Isma‘il narrated to us; he said: Abu ‘Awanah narrated to us, from ‘Asim and Husayn, from ‘Ikrimah, from Ibn ‘Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both), who said: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) stayed nineteen days, shortening the prayers. When we travelled for nineteen days, we shortened them; if we stayed longer, we completed them.
