Sahih al-Bukhari 2746
حَدَّثَنَا حَسَّانُ بْنُ أَبِي عَبَّادٍ، حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ أَنَّ يَهُوِدِيًّا، رَضَّ رَأْسَ جَارِيَةٍ بَيْنَ حَجَرَيْنِ، فَقِيلَ لَهَا مَنْ فَعَلَ بِكِ، أَفُلاَنٌ أَوْ فُلاَنٌ حَتَّى سُمِّيَ الْيَهُودِيُّ، فَأَوْمَأَتْ بِرَأْسِهَا، فَجِيءَ بِهِ، فَلَمْ يَزَلْ حَتَّى اعْتَرَفَ، فَأَمَرَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَرُضَّ رَأْسُهُ بِالْحِجَارَةِ.
Hassan ibn Abi ʿAbbad narrated to us; Hammam narrated to us, from Qatada, from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him): A Jewish man crushed a young woman’s head between two stones. She was asked, “Who did this to you? So-and-so? So-and-so?” until the Jewish man was named. She nodded. He was brought in and questioned until he confessed. The Prophet then ordered that his head be crushed with stones.
