وَعَنْ اِبْنِ عُمَرَ -رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا-, عَنِ اَلنَّبِيِّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -قَالَ: { اَلشُّفْعَةُ كَحَلِّ اَلْعِقَالِ } رَوَاهُ اِبْنُ مَاجَهْ وَالْبَزَّارُ, وَزَادَ:" وَلَا شُفْعَةَ لِغَائِبٍ "وَإِسْنَادُهُ ضَعِيفٌ 1 .1 - ضعيف جدا. رواه ابن ماجه ( 2500 ). وقال الحافظ في " التلخيص " ( 3 / 56 ) " إسناده ضعيف جدا ".
Translation
Narrated Ibn 'Umar (RA)
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "The option to buy neighboring property is like loosening the knot (which restraints the camel)."[Reported by Ibn Majah and al-Bazzar, who added: "And there is no option to buy a neighboring property for one who is absent." Its chain of narrators is Da'if (weak)].
