عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ , عَنْ أَبِيهِ , عَنْ جَدِّهِ , عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -قَالَ : { مَنْ أُودِعَ وَدِيعَةً , فَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ ضَمَانٌ } أَخْرَجَهُ اِبْنُ مَاجَهْ , وَإِسْنَادُهُ ضَعِيفٌ 1 .1 - ضعيف . رواه ابن ماجه ( 2401 ).
Translation
Narrated 'Amr bin Shu'aib on his father's authority from his grandfather
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "There is no liability on him who is entrusted with something."[Ibn Majah reported it, but its chain narrators is Da'if (weak)].
