Arabic hadith text
وَعَنْ اِبْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا: { أَنَّهُ كَانَ يُقَبِّلُ اَلْحَجَرَ اَلْأَسْوَدَ وَيَسْجُدُ عَلَيْهِ } رَوَاهُ اَلْحَاكِمُ مَرْفُوعًا, وَالْبَيْهَقِيُّ مَوْقُوفًا 1 .1 - صحيح مرفوعا وموقوفا.
Translation
Ibn ‘Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) used to kiss the Black Stone and prostrate upon it. Reported as a prophetic hadith by al-Hakim and as a statement of Ibn ‘Abbas by al-Bayhaqi.
