Arabic hadith text
1 - صحيح. رواه مسلم ( 1712 )، وأبو داود ( 3608 )، والنسائي في "الكبرى" ( 3 / 490 ) من طريق قيس بن سعد، عن عمرو بن دينار، عن ابن عباس؛ به. وقد أعل الحديث بما لا يقدح كما هو مبين في "الأصل" .
Translation
Narrated Ibn 'Abbas (RA)
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) ruled on the basis of an oath and a single witness.[Muslim, Abu Dawud and an-Nasa'i reported it, the latter said that it has a Jayyid (good) chain or narrators].
