وَعَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ - رضى الله عنه - قَالَ : { لَعَنَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -اَلْمُحَلِّلَ وَالْمُحَلَّلَ لَهُ } رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ , وَالنَّسَائِيُّ , وَاَلتِّرْمِذِيُّ وَصَحَّحَهُ 1 .1 - صحيح . رواه أحمد (1 / 448 و 462) ، والنسائي (649) ، والترمذي (1120) واللفظ للترمذي قال : " حديث حسن صحيح ".
Translation
Narrated Ibn Mas'ud (RA)
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) cursed the man who made a woman lawful for her first husband and the one for whom she was made lawful (the men involved in Halalah).[Reported by Ahmad, an-Nasa'i and at-Tirmidhi; the latter declared it to be Sahih (authentic)].
