وَعَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ - رضى الله عنه - قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ أَحَبُّ اَلْكَلَامِ إِلَى اَللَّهِ أَرْبَعٌ, لَا يَضُرُّكَ بِأَيِّهِنَّ بَدَأْتَ: سُبْحَانَ اَللَّهِ, وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ, وَلَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اَللَّهُ, وَاَللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ } أَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِمٌ. 1.
1 - صحيح. رواه مسلم (2137) وزاد:" ولا تسمين غلامك: يسارا ولا رباحا ولا نجيحا ولا أفلح، فإنك تقول، أثم هو؟ فلا يكون، فيقول: لا".
Translation
At-Tirmidhi also related on the authority of Ibn Mas'ud (RAA) that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said
“The believer is not a slanderer, nor does he curse others, and nor is he immoral or shameless.” Related by At-Tirmidhi who graded it to be Hasan. Al-Hakim graded it as Sahih and Ad-Daraqutni said that it is most probably Mawquf (traced only to a Companion).
