Sunan Ibn Majah 3258
The believer eats with one intestine and the disbeliever eats with seven intestines
Arabic hadith text
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ بُرَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " الْمُؤْمِنُ يَأْكُلُ فِي مِعًى وَاحِدٍ وَالْكَافِرُ يَأْكُلُ فِي سَبْعَةِ أَمْعَاءٍ "
Translation
It wasnarrated from Abu Musa that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said
“Thebeliever eats with one intestine and the disbeliever eats withsevenintestines.”
