Sunan Ibn Majah 1186
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ ضَمْرَةَ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ: مِنْ كُلِّ اللَّيْلِ قَدْ أَوْتَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم. مِنْ أَوَّلِهِ وَأَوْسَطِهِ، وَانْتَهَى وِتْرُهُ إِلَى السَّحَرِ .
Ali bin Muhammad narrated to us: Waki narrated to us. (Another chain) Muhammad bin Bashshar narrated to us: Muhammad bin Jafar narrated to us: Shubah narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from Asim bin Damrah, from Ali, who said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) prayed Witr during every part of the night, at its beginning and middle, and his Witr ended at the pre-dawn time.
