What was narrated concerning the eclipse Prayer Sunan Ibn Majah 1264
Arabic hadith text
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنِ الأَسْوَدِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ، عَنْ ثَعْلَبَةَ بْنِ عِبَادٍ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ، قَالَصَلَّى بِنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ فِي الْكُسُوفِ فَلاَ نَسْمَعُ لَهُ صَوْتًا .
Translation
It wasnarrated that Samurah bin Jundab said
“The Messenger of Allah(ﷺ) led us in the eclipse prayer, and we did not hear his voice.”
