Arabic hadith text
حَدَّثَنَا حَوْثَرَةُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ ثُمَّ أَبُو بَكْرٍ ثُمَّ عُمَرُ يُصَلُّونَ الْعِيدَ قَبْلَ الْخُطْبَةِ .
Translation
Hawtharah ibn Muhammad narrated to us; Abu Usamah narrated to us; Ubaydullah ibn Umar narrated to us, from Nafi, from Ibn Umar, who said: The Prophet, then Abu Bakr, then Umar, used to pray the Eid prayer before the sermon.
