Hisham ibn Ammar narrated to us; Abdur-Rahman ibn Sad ibn Ammar ibn Sad, the caller to prayer of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), narrated to us; my father narrated to me, from his father, from his grandfather, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to say the takbir in the two Eid prayers: seven in the first before the recitation, and five in the last before the recitation.
