Arabic hadith text
حَدَّثَنَا بَكْرُ بْنُ خَلَفٍ أَبُو بِشْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ سُئِلَ النَّبِيُّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ أَىُّ الصَّلاَةِ أَفْضَلُ قَالَ " طُولُ الْقُنُوتِ " .
Translation
Bakr ibn Khalaf Abu Bishr narrated to us; Abu Asim narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, from Abu al-Zubayr, from Jabir ibn Abdullah, who said: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was asked, ‘Which prayer is best?’ He said, ‘The one with the longest standing (qunut).’
