حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الأَحْوَصِ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ، عَنْ قَبِيصَةَ بْنِ هُلْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ يَؤُمُّنَا فَيَأْخُذُ شِمَالَهُ بِيَمِينِهِ .

'Uthman ibn Abi Shaybah narrated to us: Abu al-Ahwas narrated to us, from Simak ibn Harb, from Qabisah ibn Hulb, from his father, who said: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to lead us in prayer and hold his left hand with his right.
