If the time for Prayer comes when food has been served Sunan Ibn Majah 933
Arabic hadith text
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ " إِذَا وُضِعَ الْعَشَاءُ وَأُقِيمَتِ الصَّلاَةُ، فَابْدَءُوا بِالْعَشَاءِ "
Translation
It wasnarrated from Anas bin Malik that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)said
“If food is served and the Iqamah for prayer is given, thenstartwith the food.”
