One who performs Prayer with something between himself and the Prayer direction Sunan Ibn Majah 958
Arabic hadith text
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ الْعَوَّامِ، عَنِ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ شَدَّادٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَتْنِي مَيْمُونَةُ، زَوْجُ النَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَتْكَانَ النَّبِيُّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ يُصَلِّي وَأَنَا بِحِذَائِهِ وَرُبَّمَا أَصَابَنِي ثَوْبُهُ إِذَا سَجَدَ .
Translation
Maimunah,the wife of the Prophet (ﷺ), said
“The Prophet (ﷺ)used toperform prayer when I was opposite to him, and his garmentwouldsometimes touch me when he prostrated.”
