Arabic hadith text
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي وَبِشْرُ بْنُ عُمَرَ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " سَوُّوا صُفُوفَكُمْ فَإِنَّ تَسْوِيَةَ الصُّفُوفِ مِنْ تَمَامِ الصَّلاَةِ " .
Translation
Muhammad ibn Bashshar narrated to us: Yahya ibn Said narrated to us, from Shubah. And Nasr ibn Ali narrated to us: My father and Bishr ibn Umar narrated to us; they said: Shubah narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Anas ibn Malik, who said: The Messenger of Allah said: “Straighten your rows, for straightening the rows is part of completing the prayer.”
