Arabic hadith text
حَدَّثَنَا أَزْهَرُ بْنُ مَرْوَانَ، حَدَّثَنَا الْحَارِثُ بْنُ نَبْهَانَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَاصِمُ بْنُ بَهْدَلَةَ، عَنْ مُصْعَبِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ يَقْرَأُ فِي صَلاَةِ الْفَجْرِ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ {الم * تَنْزِيلُ} وَ {هَلْ أَتَى عَلَى الإِنْسَانِ}
Translation
Azhar ibn Marwan narrated to us: Al-Harith ibn Nabhan narrated to us: 'Asim ibn Bahdalah narrated to us, from Mus'ab ibn Sa'd, from his father, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to recite in the Fajr prayer on Friday: ‘Alif Lam Mim. The revelation...’ and ‘Has there not come upon man...’
