Arabic hadith text
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ " بَيْنَ الْعَبْدِ وَبَيْنَ الْكُفْرِ تَرْكُ الصَّلاَةِ " .
Translation
Ali ibn Muhammad narrated to us: Waki narrated to us: Sufyan narrated to us, from Abu al-Zubayr, from Jabir ibn Abdullah, who said: The Messenger of Allah said: “Between a servant and disbelief lies abandoning the prayer.”
