Keeping Livestock Sunan Ibn Majah 2304
Arabic hadith text
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أُمِّ هَانِئٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ لَهَا " اتَّخِذِي غَنَمًا فَإِنَّ فِيهَا بَرَكَةً "
Translation
It was narrated from Umm Hani' that the Prophet (ﷺ) said to her
"Keep sheep, for in them is blessing!'
