حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَامِرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ الْمُطَّلِبِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَنْ أُرِيدَ مَالُهُ ظُلْمًا فَقُتِلَ فَهُوَ شَهِيدٌ " .

Muhammad ibn Bashshar narrated to us; Abu 'Amir narrated to us; 'Abd al-'Aziz ibn al-Muttalib narrated to us, from 'Abdullah ibn al-Hasan, from 'Abd al-Rahman al-A'raj, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever is unjustly targeted for his property and is killed is a martyr.
