Sunan Ibn Majah 2603
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ، وَابْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلاَبَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الأَشْعَثِ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَنْ أَصَابَ مِنْكُمْ حَدًّا فَعُجِّلَتْ لَهُ عُقُوبَتُهُ فَهُوَ كَفَّارَتُهُ وَإِلاَّ فَأَمْرُهُ إِلَى اللَّهِ " .

Muhammad ibn al-Muthanna reported to us: Abd al-Wahhab and Ibn Abi Adi reported to us, from Khalid al-Hadhdha, from Abu Qilabah, from Abu al-Ashath, from Ubadah ibn al-Samit, who said: The Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him and grant him peace) said, ‘Whoever among you incurs a prescribed punishment and it is carried out upon him promptly, that is an expiation for him; otherwise, his case rests with Allah.’
