Sunan Ibn Majah 2343
Muhammad bin Al-Sabbah and Ammar bin Khalid Al-Wasiti narrated to us. They both said: Abu Bakr bin Ayyash narrated to us, from Dahtham bin Qurran, from Nimran bin Jariyah, from his father, that some people brought a dispute concerning a hut they shared before the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). He sent Hudhayfah to judge between them. Hudhayfah ruled in favor of those whose side the qimt was beside. When he returned to the Prophet and informed him, he said: You judged correctly and well.
