Ibrahim bin Al-Mundhir Al-Hizami and Abdur-Rahman bin Ibrahim Al-Dimashqi narrated to us. They both said: Ibn Abi Fudayk narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Dhi b, from Abu Al-Mutamir bin Amr bin Rafi, from Ibn Khaldah Al-Zuraqi, who was a judge in Madinah. He said: We came to Abu Hurairah concerning a companion of ours who had become bankrupt. He said: This is the ruling the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) gave: If any man dies or becomes bankrupt, the owner of the goods has a greater right to them if he finds them in their very same state.
