حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ الْهَرَوِيُّ، إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ حَاتِمٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْمَخْزُومِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا سَيْفُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الْمَكِّيُّ، أَخْبَرَنِي قَيْسُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ قَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِالشَّاهِدِ وَالْيَمِينِ .
Translation
Abu Ishaq Al-Harawi—whose name is Ibrahim bin Abdullah bin Hatim—narrated to us: Abdullah bin Al-Harith Al-Makhzumi narrated to us: Saif bin Sulayman Al-Makki narrated to us: Qais bin Sad informed me, from Amr bin Dinar, from Ibn Abbas, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) ruled on the basis of a witness and an oath.
