حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَنْبَأَنَا جُوَيْرِيَةُ بْنُ أَسْمَاءَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، - مَوْلَى الْمُنْبَعِثِ - عَنْ رَجُلٍ، مِنْ أَهْلِ مِصْرَ عَنْ سُرَّقٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَجَازَ شَهَادَةَ الرَّجُلِ وَيَمِينَ الطَّالِبِ .
Translation
Abu Bakr bin Abi Shaybah narrated to us: Yazid bin Harun narrated to us: Juwayriyah bin Asma informed us: Abdullah bin Yazid narrated to us—freedman of Al-Munbaith—from a man from Egypt, from Suraq, that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) accepted the testimony of one man together with the oath of the claimant.
