Translation
Al-Hajjaj ibn Hassan reported: We entered to see Anas ibn Malik. My sister al-Mughira told me, “You were a boy then, and you had two locks or two braids. He stroked your head, prayed for blessing for you, and told them to shave or cut these two locks because this was the style of the Jews.” Abu Dawud transmitted it.
