Translation

Anas ibn Malik reported: Gabriel came to the Prophet ﷺ while he was sitting in grief, stained with blood from what the people of Quraysh in Makkah had done to him. Gabriel said, ‘Messenger of God, would you like me to show you a sign?’ He said, ‘Yes.’ He looked at a tree behind him and said, ‘Call it.’ He called it, and it came and stood before him. He said, ‘Tell it to return.’ He commanded it, and it returned. The Messenger of God ﷺ said, ‘That is enough for me; that is enough.’ [Al-Darimi transmitted it]
