Translation

Muʿādh also reported that he asked the Prophet about the finest aspect of faith. He replied, “That you love for God’s sake, hate for God’s sake, and put your tongue to work in remembrance of God.” He asked, “What else, Messenger of God?” He replied, “That you love for other people what you love for yourself, and dislike for them what you dislike for yourself.”

Ahmad transmitted it.
