وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «أَفْضَلُ الصَّلَاةِ بَعْدَ الْمَفْرُوضَةِ صَلَاةٌ فِي جَوف اللَّيْل» . رَوَاهُ أَحْمد

Abu Hurayrah, may God be pleased with him, said: I heard the Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, say: The best prayer after the obligatory prayer is prayer in the depths of the night. Ahmad transmitted it.
