Al-Hasan ibn Ali said: The Messenger of God taught me words to say in the supplication of the witr prayer: O God, guide me among those whom You have guided; grant me well-being among those to whom You have granted well-being; take me into Your care among those whom You have taken into Your care; bless for me what You have given; and protect me from the evil of what You have decreed. You decree, and none can decree against You. Whoever is under Your protection is not brought low. Blessed are You, our Lord, and exalted. Al-Tirmidhi, Abu Dawud, al-Nasa’i, Ibn Majah, and al-Darimi transmitted it.
