وَعَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَرْقَمَ أَنَّهُ رَأَى قَوْمًا يُصَلُّونَ مِنَ الضُّحَى فَقَالَ: لَقَدْ عَلِمُوا أَنَّ الصَّلَاةَ فِي غَيْرِ هَذِهِ السَّاعَةِ أَفْضَلُ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «صَلَاةُ الْأَوَّابِينَ حِينَ تَرْمَضُ الْفِصَالُ» . رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ

Zayd ibn Arqam saw people praying the forenoon prayer and said: They know that prayer at another time is better. The Messenger of God said: The prayer of the oft-turning repentant is offered when the young camels feel the heat. Muslim transmitted it.

The Arabic uses a vivid time marker tied to the heat felt by young camels; the English witness explains it as later in the morning.
