Mishkat al-Masabih 1313, 1314
وَعَن أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ وَأَبِي ذَرٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَا: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " عَنِ اللَّهِ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى أَنَّهُ قَالَ: يَا ابْن آدم اركع لي أَرْبَعَ رَكَعَاتٍ مِنْ أَوَّلِ النَّهَارِ: أَكْفِكَ آخِرَهُ ". رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيّ وَرَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَالدَّارِمِيُّ عَنْ نُعَيْمِ بْنِ همار الْغَطَفَانِي وَأحمد عَنْهُم

Abu al-Darda and Abu Dharr reported that the Messenger of God said, conveying the words of God, Blessed and Exalted: Son of Adam, bow to Me with four units at the beginning of the day, and I will suffice you through its end. Al-Tirmidhi transmitted it. Abu Dawud and al-Darimi transmitted it from Nu’aym ibn Hammar al-Ghatfani, and Ahmad transmitted it from all of them.
