Mishkat al-Masabih 1431
وَعَنْ أُمِّ عَطِيَّةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا قَالَتْ: أُمِرْنَا أَنْ نُخْرِجَ الْحُيَّضَ يَوْمَ الْعِيدَيْنِ وَذَوَاتَ الْخُدُورِ فَيَشْهَدْنَ جَمَاعَةَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ وَدَعْوَتَهُمْ وَتَعْتَزِلُ الْحُيَّضُ عَنْ مُصَلَّاهُنَّ قَالَتِ امْرَأَةٌ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِحْدَانَا لَيْسَ لَهَا جِلْبَابٌ؟ قَالَ: «لِتُلْبِسْهَا صَاحِبَتُهَا مِنْ جِلْبَابِهَا»

Umm Atiyya reported: We were instructed to bring out menstruating women and women who remained secluded on the two Eid days, so they could witness the Muslims' gathering and supplication. Menstruating women were to keep apart from the prayer place. A woman asked: Messenger of God, one of us has no outer garment. He replied: Let her companion lend her one of her garments. Al-Bukhari and Muslim transmitted it.
